Welcome to Pointy from Google’s free mail-back program provided by Reverse Logistics Group Americas, Inc. (RLGA). RLGA will ensure recycling and disposal of eligible products* are performed in an environmentally sound manner that complies with all governmental laws and regulations.

You may use this program to return Pointy’s eligible products.*

Shipments can contain up to 10 units per parcel and cannot exceed 30 kilograms. If you have any questions about this program, please send an email to pointyfromgoogle@rlgamericas.com.

SHIPPING A PRODUCT CONTAINING A RECHARGEABLE BATTERY:
If the product you are shipping through this program contains a rechargeable battery, the battery MUST remain contained within the product. If the battery is not operational, AND has evidence of damage, or appears to be swollen, corroded, punctured, or leaking, then the battery must be removed from the product and it cannot be shipped through this program due to Canadian shipping regulations.
